Want to save time money and your health?

Instead of stopping by your local fast food and getting a bag of grease for breakfast, make your own and save all around. Try a bowl of good old Quaker Oats with Ocean Spray  sweetened cranberries (Craisins).

A 1/3 cup of the cranberries has 130 calories and an ½ cup (dry) of oats has only 150 calories. I mix 1 cup of water to cook the oats. After the oats are cooked 2 minutes in the microwave, add your cranberries.

The oats are a good source of fiber. This fills you up and makes you fill full longer. Use the oats in the round box with out any added flavoring. You have a good warn breakfast that only has 280 calories total. This gives you plenty of room to add a piece of fruit if you like with out eating a lot of calories.
