It has been about 2 weeks since I got back to eating a high protein diet. I do a lot of research on the net on this, and read about what different people in the fitness trade eat.
I have been eating chicken, and fish mostly for my protein. I do drink protein drinks while weight training. Mostly I will drink around 270 calories in them, giving me 52 grams more of protein on top of the other sources.
As you can see by this list there are several things that I should not have had. Cracks for one and either the cherries or watermelon. Nosense in over loading.
