Free day to eat what I want. We ate out one meal today; restaurant food is all processed and has a large amount of salt. This will make you retain more water than usual. I am sure I will see this in my weight tomorrow morning.
One thing that I should start doing is drinking more water. My water intake is only around ½ gallon at best. It really needs to be about twice that. This will help flush out my system and release some retained water too.
