Weight this morning was 182 pounds

I ate a total of 1672 calories today

from the following:

Vegetable Juice

2 Egss

3 Bacon strips

1 Protein drink

1 apple

chopped vegies

6 oz Salmon

10 Almonds

Snickers candy bar

2 corn on the cobs

1/2 peanut butter sandwich

Fish in Thai Curry

Lifted weights and walked fast on the tread mill for 20 minutes.

I do not want to sound like a broken record, but again today I ate the candy bar. I really don’t want to eat one of these a day. I think the spike of sugar in my blood will not do me any good in the long run. I hate to say that I do have one hell of a big sweet tooth though. I always have. This addiction may be harder to break than smoking.

Smoking was not too bad to give up once my mind was made up to drop the habit. I will say it did take several attempts at it to finely give it up. That habit has been gone for almost 10 years now. I guess I will have to take the same approach to sweets. I do not think diabetes would be very nice to get, so I have to get my mind right.
