This morning I was at 183 pounds, We will see what today’s food will do to tomorrows weight. Needless to say I ate 2324 calories. And a lot of the food was crap.

See the following:

Veg Juice as usual

2 Salmon cups

1Apple

1 Protein drink

2 stacks of celery

10 Almonds

Squid soup

Now for the crap:

2 dounuts at work

peanut butter sandwich – as a snack

Trail Mix – alot of sugar in dried fruit

The last 3 items calorie count is around 1400. It is easy to add to your calorie count for a day before you even know it.

I write down every thing that I eat. This is the only way that I can really know what calories that I am eating. Keeping food logs and even a training log will let me know where I am going in my quest to building a healthy body.

Keeping a weight lifting log will help you see how stronger that you are getting. I will take the amount of weight that I lift given any exercise that I do, take the that times the number of repetitions that I lift it and I will have a total amount of weight I lifted for that exercise. I can then do this for every exercise I do and I will have my total weight lifted for that given training session.

Doing this for today’s lift, I lifted a total of 5000 pounds. I am not really getting into it very heavy or a lot of reps yet. But the number helps me to stay buzzed about staying motivated to keep this change up.
