Building a Healthy Body today I weight in at 183 & 1/4
I ate a total of 1425 Calories in my weight loss journey also.
The following is what made up my food intake today:
Vegetable Juice
4 & 1/2 oz Pork
2 eggs
2 Stocks of celery
Salmon with ginger
1 apple
2 protein drinks
10 almonds
oatmeal with blue berries
My work outs today were, lifting weights, 20minutes walking fast on the treadmill and a 30 min peddle bike ride. Bummer at the end of my bike ride though. I got a flat tire on my back tire. But I will fix it later in time for an other ride with my wife.
I am noticing too, that I am beginning to fill that I am having more energy. Working out is paying off. plus it burns some extra calories, even if it is not a lot. Every little bit counts when it comes to shedding unwanted fat.
An other benifit that I like having from lifting weights too is the faster reflexes that it gives me. This of course is in addition to the added strength too.
I am finding it easier too to not eat the foods that I should not eat. My brain may be finel getting a lined with my goal.
