Dropped 2 pounds from yesterday for a weight of 181 & 1/4
We will see how tomorrow goes for the scale.
I only ate 1325 calories today. I have been drinking more water so that is helping to.
I ate the following today:
Vegetable Juice as always
2 eggs with 2 strips of bacon
2 cans Salmon 3 oz each
2 Stocks of celery
10 Almonds
2 Protein drinks
1 Apple
1 Hard boiled egg
5 dried apricots
Salmon with Ginger
Today I lifted weights and did a 20 minute fast walk on the treadmill. My fast walk too is 3 to 3 & 1/2 miles a hour. I keep my heart rate up to around 70% of my maximum heart rate.
Remember that your maximum heart rate is figured out by taking 220 minus your age. Now if you want to only run up to 70% of that just that your number from 220 – your age, and multiply it by .70. This will give you the 70% that you are looking for.
I also fixed my bike tire today, so I am ready to go again.
