I am posting for two days here today.

July 12th and 13th, Sunday and Monday.

My weight on Sunday was 180 pounds. I thought not bad. I had not eatin too many calories the day before. Now Mondays weight was a diapointment, I weighed in at 181 & 1/4 pounds. I really wanted to get into the 170′s.

Sunday’s calorie intake was 1665 total. See the Following:

Vegetable juice

2 Eggs and 2 slices of Bacon

Corn on the cob

Thai Pork salad and vegetables

Cherries about 40

Carmel Puffs ( pure crap )

2 Chicken Wings Large

The Carmel puffs I am sure is what blow it for my Monday’s weight. I even walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and went for a peddle bike ride.

Now Monday’s calorie in take was 1335. Hopefully Tuesdays morning weight will be down.  I ate the following:

Vegwtable Juice

2 Eggs and 2 Bacon strips

celery

2 small cans of salmon

apple

2 Protein drink

10 Alomonds

3 Corn on the cob

1 Sausage link

I drank more water too Monday. This should help the water weight that I had gained. I think my salt in take will affect my weight more than I thought. The Carmel puffs and the Thai dish may have been heavy with salt that I eat on Sunday. The bacon two days in a row should not help either. Plus I try to eat cured meats only one or two times a week. But it does not always work out that way.
