Well today I weighed in at 181 pounds.

I only ate 1295 total calories today. I did that eating the following:

Vegetable Juice

Oatmeal with blue berries

1 Larg can of salmon

2 Stocks of Celery

2 Protein Drinks

2 Apples

10 Almonds

18 Cherries

My weight is coming off slower now. At least it seems that way. This is way it is a good practice to keep a food and work out log.  I like to see around 1/4 pound a day. I did start out at 189pounds and today is 4 weeks with 8 pounds off. So I guess I am not doing too bad. The weight will drop faster at the beginning.

I am going to hold my calories down to around 1400 or so a day. Plus I will have to do a better job of knowing what calories that I do eat. Now I have been using rough guesses on amounts some times. I also have let little things like cooking oils and little add on to my food slip by with out counting their calories.

Another thing I have to take into account, the weight lifting. I am not saying I have put on a lot of muscle in the 4 weeks of training, but there will be some. My waste measurement at my navel has gone down by two inches. So I am getting some results there too.

I did lift weights and walked fast on the treadmill today also. My lifting is at 4 sets on all exercises now. The amount of weight has gone up on all exercises all so.
