I weighed in at 180 this morning. I also only ate 1200 calories today. I am looking to be less than 180 tomorrow morning.

I ate the following:

Vegetable Juice

Oatmeal with blue berries

2 small cans of Salmon

10 Almonds

1 Apple

Flat Bread Vegie delite

I lifted and walked fast on the tread mill also today.

I am seeing a difference on how my cothes are fiting now. My weight loss has slowed down as I said yesterday, but I do notice some changes going on.

The main thing to do now is keep going and do not let any thing sidetrack my routein. I have heard and read that if you do something for 30 days , it will be come a habit. All I have to say is, that’s bull shit. I have gone 3 and 4 months stretches and droped working out at a whim.

I believe that unless you really love what you are doing, you have to work at it. You have to keep your self motivated. Now if you really love what you are doing, you go at it with out a thought. This is why most people that are really great at something, eat live and breath their passion.

If you want to be great at something, I believe that you can be even if it is not a passion. You just have to control your own mind and not let it control you. Self control is what I am talking about here. Do not be a slave to your own mind!
