Well it has been 4 days since the last time I was here posting. This morning I weighed in at 177& ¾ pounds. I have started eating more protein like I said I was going to do on the last post. I dropped some water weight since then. Back on track to building a healthy body once again.

I have also started lifting weights again. Here again I am not trying to become a body builder. I will start at high repetitions and work down to eight or six repetitions to finish. I will do 4 sets of each exercise. My muscles are a little sore but nothing too bad.

I have been eating chicken, and fish mostly for my protein. I do drink protein drinks while weight training. Mostly I will drink around 270 calories in them, giving me 52 grams more of protein on top of the other sources. On my low carbohydrate days I will only have around 60 to 75 carbohydrates maximum. Some times only 30 to 50 just to burn fat for fuel.

I have been eating at least one large salad too on my low carbohydrate days. The last time that I did a very low carbohydrate diet, I ate next to no fruits and vegetables. I had constipation from that also. I will also keep a lot of water flowing too this time.
