Weight 182&3/4 pounds in the morning
Ate 1691 calories by eating the Following:
Vegetable juice
1 apple
2 oz broccoli
2 protein drinks
4 oz salmon
2 egg omelet with vegetables
Snickers candy bar
tropical trail mix
Chicken
Lost my mental battle with the candy bar today. One of my weaknesses. I still only have 1 thing out of the snack machine at work most days. I do go through some days with out. But I will say before my action to change my bodies shape, I would hit up the damn machine two to three times a day.
I lifted weights again as per my training routine. I did add some extra sets to the exercises that I do on this day. I am starting to see some strength being built im my muscles. I have already added weight to some of the exercises also.
