I know by now that I am starting to sound very indecisive on how I want to end up losing my weight. High protein and very little carbohydrates was working for me. However, I really need a plan that I can do for the long run. Living in ketosis is just too demanding for a lifestyle and for my body. This has to be the way I am going to eat for the rest of my life.
The main problem with that was I was having a very hard time going to the bathroom. I was constipated to the point that I had not gone for way more time than I was comfortable with. Staying with in the guidelines of the protein power plan, I was not getting enough carbohydrates in plant-based foods to keep me going.
So in my research on the web I ran into another life change-eating plan. The sales video for this has a lot of free information it. It is worth a look to just to learn what they have to say about the average diet and the food that we eat today.
If you want to see the video just click the link Here! I will say that I did get the plan, and it is very well laid out. It is very easy to understand and to follow. This is the way I am going to eat from here on out.
I did eat a lot of things I should not have the last 2 days trying to get my bowls to work again. My bowls are working at a cost of about a 6-pound gain. I am sure that it is all water, but when they say curtain foods can cause inflammation in the body, they are not kidding. I went from just over 175 to just over 181 pounds.
Time to get back on this path and see where it takes me. All I know is when I eat whatever I want; I blow up like a damn balloon and feel like a tub. When I eat high protein and very little else, I really do not feel too bad once my sugar craving are gone. However, there again, I can’t take a healthy dump too easily. That is not good for your body in the long run or short run either.
So let’s go somewhere in-between and follow the diet solution (the plans name) and see where I am taken from here. I have to admit; this looks and sounds more like good common sense than the extreme of the other ways I have tried so far.
