Weight in at 184 pounds in the morning

I ate 1300 calories today in the following:

Fresh vegetable juice, apples carrots beets and celery

1 inch slice of a Asian rice and pork roll

Can of Sardines in mustard sauce

Pork Stuffed squid in pork broth soup

Pork rinds

Mango paste very small portion

I am going to start leaning towards a higher protein diet. I will keep drinking my Vegetable juice in the mornings. I will not get as crazy with it as I did back 11 years or so. As I said in and earlier post I eat only around 25 to 40 carbs in a day. This was too much and can lead to constipation. This was not fun by any means.

My work out for the day was a 20 minute fast walk on the treadmill. My wife and I went out for a peddle bike ride.It was only for about 40 minutes and at a nice slow pace.

Saturday and Sundays are the rest days from weight training. I do have some shore muscles and it is good to get the blood pumping. This will good to flush out the lactic acid. The soreness is from microscopic tears in the muscle tissue too. This is normal when weight training or just doing a lot of work.
