In the last three days since posting last, I am still eating some carbohydrates during my day. But I will say I have not eaten a lot of the bad bad foods. That being just outright junk food. Well maybe just a little. I have to say, this not eating a lot and eating anything really not good for you is not easy to do.
One must always keep your mind in check and not let yourself be talked into a snack that you will regret later. We all have a tendency to do things that give us instant gratification now! Like eating comfort food.
Whenever we go to change our habits, we have to keep the end result in mind. I have to keep a picture in my mind that of what I use to look like when lean. Maybe then the instant gratification of eating the wrong foods will not look as good to me then.
My weight in the past three days as has been the following, 179pounds, 179 & 1/2pounds and 178 pounds this morning. Calorie intake for the same time frame is 1838 calories, 1218 calories and 1504 calories today.
My workouts also being a bike ride on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I lifted weights and fast walked on the treadmill.
I still have a ways togo yet. But I will keep plugging away at it till my weight is where it needs to be. Maintenance should not be as bad, but we will cross the bridge when I get to it.
